Cultivating Utopia / Isola Pepe Verde – RiMaflow #2

On the occasion of the first festival of the metalworkers union FIOM-CGL, Milan, Isola Art Center presents the second appointment of the project Cultivating Utopia. The project is focused on the encounter and confrontation between two experiences of social reappropriation and construction of concrete utopias: the community garden Isola Pepe Verde and the reclaimed factory RiMaflow.
Before and during the event, Italian and international artists, coordinated by Isola Art Center and along with the workers and activists of RiMaflow, will develop different projects specifically created for the factory space:
Alessandro Azzoni (Milan), Piero Gilardi (Turin), Sara Marchesi (Milan), Nikolay Oleynikov (Moscow), Edith Poirier (Milan), Seriocollective (Edith Poirier, Daniele Rossi, Milan) Nikola Uzunovski (Skopje-Bangkok).
